To request a cancellation, return or help with a faulty item, email studiom.products@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back.

Changing your mind

For eligible online purchases, tell us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return it. Please contact us for return instructions.

Where a sealed item is unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, the right to cancel may no longer apply once the seal is broken. This does not affect your rights for faulty or incorrectly described goods.

Refunds

For eligible cancellations we refund the goods and standard outward delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or evidence of return. A deduction may apply for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

Faulty or incorrect products

Contact us if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

You can use this wording by email: “I wish to cancel my order.” Include your name, address, order number, the products and date received.
