Studio M uses the details you provide to process your order, arrange delivery and respond to queries.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone number, delivery address, purchased items, order reference and payment status. We do not collect or store your full card number or security code; these are handled by SumUp.

How information is used

We use order information to fulfil purchases and meet record-keeping obligations. Our hosting provider stores orders on our behalf. Our transactional email provider sends order notifications and confirmations using the details needed for those messages. SumUp processes payments, and delivery providers receive the information needed to deliver your order.

Your bag

An essential, secure cookie connects this browser to your bag and orders. It lasts up to 30 days. Checkout also uses temporary browser storage to resume your payment. This site does not add advertising trackers.

Retention and your choices

Order records are retained for fulfilment, support and required business records. To request access, correction or deletion, contact studiom.products@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
